Tiger Sultan Muhurat

Mohammed Taufeeq, who tasted success with a Hyderabadi movie titled ‘Ek Tha Sardar’, is gearing up to play the lead in ‘Tiger Sultan’. ‘Tiger Sultan’ is being made as production No. 2 under Minar Film Productions banner with Mohammed Taufeeq as the lead. Anukriti Govind Sharma is playing the female lead in the film which is being directed by Sanjay Punjabi. The film launch function was held at Methodist Engineering College grounds in Abids in Hyderabad. Telangana Deputy CM and Revenue Minister Mohammed Ali switched on the camera for the first shot.

The film’s producer and hero Mohammed Taufeeq, heroine Anukruthi, Zahid Ali Khan, Ahmad Jani, Jayanth and Om Prakash Chunika and some others were present at the film launch event.

Mohammed Taufeeq said, “After taking some gap after ‘Ek Tha Sardar’, I’m playing the lead role in this film. We are making the film with all Hyderabadi artists. The story of the film is about a big don, who fell in love with a college student. How he wins the heart of the girl is the rest of the story. Regular shooting will starts from today. Director Sanjay Punjabi is making the film which is on Hyderabad backdrop as a hilarious entertainer. We are very happy that our Telangana Deputy CM and Revenue Minister Mohammed Ali has graced the event. We request Telangana government to encourage Hyderabad films also by giving subsidy.”

All other artists and technicians who attended the function also requested the government for the subsidy.

Bhavana, Mast Ali, Ismail, Akbar Tabar, Aziz Naser, Altaf Hyder, Iqbal Khan, Aziz Rizwan and some others are playing important roles in the film.
