The logo of Krishnudu starrer ‘Ramadandu’ was released today by Allari Naresh at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad. The film is directed by a debutant Satish Vegeshna and jointly produced by Radhika Narayana Rao and Bandi Ratnakumar under Navachitralaya Creations banner.
Later addressing the gathering Allari Naresh said, “Ramadandu is the film on football background. All the children who acted in this film are district level players. I’ve listened to the music and it is quite impressive. The director is also a talented person.”
Krishnudu said, “This is a sensible story. I liked it when the director narrated to me. This would be one of the best films in my career. All the best to my team.”
Director Satish Vegesna said, “Ramadandu is not a film that has duet songs and other masala elements. While ‘Lagaan’ revolves around the starving farmers and their land, my story is about battle for talent. My concept is if the real talent only can make our country win. This film speaks about why our country is not one among the teams in world cup football game. My producers are making this film only by having trust on the story. We selected the real football players and shot the film for 35 days. I thank my unit members for their cooperation and support.”
Krishna Bhagawan, Ajay Ghosh, Sreeram and Randi Ratnakumar also participated in the logo launching event.
